What's Life Without A Little Rain?
I do love city sceneries just after a heavy rain. Dust and dirt are washed away and the surroundings sparkles clean, providing a totally different look at sceneries we live through daily.
Better still, when it happens at night. Then the wet grounds reflects the lights, showering the entire landscape; a total delight for photographers, perhaps. But nonetheless, a delight for the naked eye too.
And it may even blow the blues away.

Songs of rain can never be complete without this classic by Jose Feliciano
And off course, Eddie Rabbit.
